ASSESSMENT: In January there will be a partial exam corresponding to the first semester. The final exams will consist of two parts, one for each semester To pass the subject you must pass both semesters separately. In case of failing the subject, but having one of the semesters approved, the grade of the approved part will be saved for the remaining calls of the current course.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS: English is the language of scientific communication. Knowing how to write, read and speak in English is essential to understand, learn and communicate Science. The recognition of the Degrees of the Faculty of Chemistry with International Quality Seals requires that students must acquire competencies and skills in English for all our subjects. In this subject, teaching material will be provided in English, and students will be required to understand and/or express themselves in English in the activities provided for in this Teaching Guide. The master classes corresponding to the second part of the subject ( Differential Geometry and Group theory) will be taught in English.

STUDENT EVALUATION REGULATIONS
Article 8.6 of the Student Evaluation Regulation (REVA) provides that "except in the case of activities defined as compulsory in the teaching guide, if the student is unable to follow the continuous evaluation process due to duly justified supervening circumstances, he/she shall be entitled to take a global test".
It is also recalled that Article 22.1 of the Student Evaluation Regulations (REVA) stipulates that "the student who uses fraudulent conduct, including the improper attribution of identity or authorship, or is in possession of means or instruments that facilitate such conduct, will obtain a grade of zero in the evaluation procedure and, where appropriate, may be subject to sanction, after opening disciplinary proceedings".
