Core Competences
- CC1 Students demonstrate knowledge and understanding in an area of study founded in general secondary education, typically at a level which, although based on advanced textbooks, also includes some aspects requiring knowledge from the forefront of their field of study

OBSERVATIONS:
Observations on Evaluation:
- The Test of Theoretical Contents (60%) and the Test of Practical Contents (20%) may be integrated in a single evaluation system of theoretical-practical contents for the global and extraordinary exams (they will account for 85% of the (they will account for 80% of the overall mark) In order to pass the subject, it will be necessary to pass this part (grade > or = 5 out of 10)
- The assessment of assignments (5%), reports (10%) and training activities (5%) linked to the practical sessions of the Seminars may be integrated into a single evaluation system for the global and extraordinary exams (they will account for 15% of the overall grade) In order to pass the course, this part must be passed (grade > or = 5 out of 10)
- All the assessment systems may be integrated into a single assessment system for the extraordinary exams
- Bonuses from the Research Incentive System (maximum 5 bonuses) are admitted only when the student must have passed the subject (overall grade > or = 5)
Observations on General Competences:

- Domain level assigned: Development level 1: basic Use the information making an ethical and legal use of it
- Learning outcome: Students are expected to know the ethical and legal considerations that affect their professional performance and know how to identify the ethical dilemmas that arise in the field of Personality Psychology
- Training activities: Resolution of practical cases in seminars The teacher will present practical situations in which psychological intervention or research on personality is analyzed in the light of moral values ¿¿and principles Using a participatory methodology will favor critical thinking, acquiring the habit of intellectual honesty and the ability of communication and dialogue of students
- Evaluation: Delivery of an individual report with a synthesis of the most relevant ethical or legal considerations of the presented case

STUDENT EVALUATION REGULATIONS
Article 8.6 of the Student Evaluation Regulation (REVA) provides that "except in the case of activities defined as compulsory in the teaching guide, if the student is unable to follow the continuous evaluation process due to duly justified supervening circumstances, he/she shall be entitled to take a global test".
It is also recalled that Article 22.1 of the Student Evaluation Regulations (REVA) stipulates that "the student who uses fraudulent conduct, including the improper attribution of identity or authorship, or is in possession of means or instruments that facilitate such conduct, will obtain a grade of zero in the evaluation procedure and, where appropriate, may be subject to sanction, after opening disciplinary proceedings".
